Popularni Mrča je ponikao u RK Kolubara. Bio je član selekcije koja je 1993. bila pionirski prvak Srbije. U prvi tim je ušao još 1994. godine. Iz lazarevačkog kluba 1999. godine prešao je u RK Metaloplastika gde ostaje do 2001. godine. Nakon tog igra za RK Sintelon iz Bačke Palanke (do 2003.), a potom odlazi u Makedoniju, u RK Vardar Pro gde ostaje jednu sezonu. Sezonu 2004/05 igra u italijanskom RK Trst, a 2005/06 u portugalskom RK Sporting sa kojim osvaja titulu prvaka. U matični klub se vratio 2006. godine i ovo mu je četvrta sezona sa Krticama. Na juniorskom Evropskom prvenstvu 1998. godine osvaja srebrnu medalju.
